I’ve been getting heaps of messages saying I’ve put on heaps of weight. And truth is I have this last month especially! Just haven’t been exercising at all, besides the odd walk/run.
Just been focusing on exams and with close friends all the time.
But THANK you! Because I FEEL healthy and happy even though I don’t feel fit.
Definitely feeling comfortable in your skin, regardless of your weight, makes the BIGGEST difference. It’s weird, but lately I think the best thing for my self esteem/body image is being with people who love and value me. Funny that hey xx
